Escabeche mackerel fillets, with tomatoes, spices and aromatics

For its canned mackerel, Perle des Dieux selects the very best: fish caught at the best of the season, in the Atlantic Ocean and from the English Channel to the North Sea. 

The mackerel fillets are then lifted by hand and packed fresh by our seamers. 

For this escabeche recipe, the mackerel is shared between the sweet and delicious flavor of the tomatoes, and the power of the spices, pickles and aromatics.
