Our birch sap is harvested each spring in the forest of Grande Charnie, on the borders of the departments of Mayenne and Sarthe, in the Pays de la Loire. Harvested with respect for the environment and the forest, our sap is certified organic farming and we harvest in PEFC-certified forests (Programme for the recognition of forest certifications), attesting to sustainable forest management.
