Origin and plantation Cortado comes from a group of fifth generation coffee growers. They produce high quality coffee, which differs considerably from normal coffee, both in look and in the cup. It is the result of careful cultivation, meticulous care, special treatment and roasting. They only use organic fertilizer. Workers receive housing, electricity and water in addition to their wages. There is free education for their children as well as access to medical facilities and they receive parental allowances, bonuses and special salaries as well as paid leave.
