Natural, artisan, vegan, extra thin and crunchy, without additives or colorings and without palm oil. Guérande salt is one of the highest quality salts in the world. With an unmistakable greyish colour, this salt comes from Guérande, the peninsula from which it receives its name and which is located on the Atlantic coast of the historic region of Brittany (France). It is a natural sea salt rich in mineral salts and trace elements, unrefined, without additives and dried in the sun. It is collected manually by the Paludiers that generation after generation harvest by hand in the same way as it was done in the s. XIX. Lady Joseph discovered the properties of this sea salt during her summers in Brittany and it was always an essential ingredient in her recipes. The flour is ground by hand. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and cook it slowly to preserve the nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crunchy cracker, but consistent at the same time.
