Natural, artisan, crunchy and extra fine without additives or preservatives and without palm oil. Selection of the best aromatic herbs: rosemary, thyme, basil infused in extra virgin olive oil. The flour is milled by hand. We let our dough rest for 12 hours and cook slowly to maintain the nutrients and obtain an extra fine and crunchy but consistent cracker at the same time. So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by hummus, Iberian sausages and creamy cheeses.
