LANTENHAMMER apricot brandy matured in the RUMULT barrel 42% 500 ml

What happens when the precious brandies from LANTENHAMMER meet the world of cask aging? Taste experiences of a special kind! After slow distillation, our spirits are stored in stoneware containers for a number of years stored. The apricot brandy is then finished in selected, rare RUMULT casks, in which it matures to perfection for up to 18 months. Our intense apricot brandy with pure fruit aroma is made from noble Vinschgau apricots, aromatic Begeron apricots from southern France and rose apricots from Hungary. Gently crushed without stones and fermented with pure yeast, the mash is distilled in small copper stills for 12 hours until the finely aromatic distillate flows out of the still with 70% vol. The apricot brandy then rests for at least 3 years in traditional stoneware vessels before it matures to perfection in a 14-16 month finish in rare 190 L barrels of Bavarian rum RUMULT.
