Our wild boar salami is made in small quantities with high-quality ingredients in the traditional way in Italy and matured in the fresh mountain air. A bit darker in color than conventional pork, it also stands out due to its pleasant, slightly nutty and stronger aroma. Delicious on pizza, bread, as a starter and much more, there are no limits to creativity. In combination with our Pecorino cheese in different types (classic, pepper, truffle or with peperoncino) you can create delicious starters and individual gifts. Weight approx. 200-250 g per piece.
