Recommended decanting: To decant Soils: Calcareous sandy-clay soil, very stony, located on the south-eastern hillsides of the Clape massif. Vinification: Manual harvest with sorting, picking at optimal maturity. Carbonic maceration on the Carignan, traditional vinification with total destemming on the Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. Fermentation 30 days.
