Chopped artichokes

Our range of chopped vegetables, called "battutti" in Italian, are cut with a knife to obtain a thicker texture and pieces of vegetables firmly in place. These condiments have the same uses as spreads, that is, they can be put on toast, serve as a base for pies, and are excellent for appetizers. The difference with spreads is their texture in small pieces.
