DG chicken is a Cameroonian dish. The recipe is a (fried) chicken stew served with a cocktail of plantain fries, vegetables (carrots, peppers, green beans...) and various herbs. It's a dish from the 80s. The expression "DG" comes from the fact that it was more intended for general managers. The dishes have this particularity that it is composed of culinary ingredients accessible to everyone.
