I am really a cookie monster myself and no cookie is safe. But what I often find even tastier than the cake itself is the dough.
However, I was always told that snacking on the dough was not safe, especially because of the raw egg. I was convinced that this had to be done differently.
So there came a point where I regularly found myself in the kitchen making myself a small bowl of dough, without egg, to munch on, as a kind of snack.
