Eminente Reserva Rum 7 Years - 41.3%: This Reserva is one of the first vintages from the Eminente brand, which belongs to the Moët-Hennessy group. It is in line with the great cane brandies produced in the 19th century in Cuba: a tradition which was subsequently lost, to which the brand wishes to restore all its nobility. Composed from 70% “aguardiente”, a particularly aromatic molasses rum, it aged for 7 years in ex-whiskey barrels in white oak under the careful supervision of Maestro Ronero César Marti. It is presented in a bottle decorated with scales evoking the texture of crocodile skin, Cuba's emblematic animal. This island is in fact shaped like a crocodile, hence its nickname “Isla del Cocodrilo”. We also find his drawing on the label
