Millonario Rum Solera Reserva Especial Ron 15 Years - 40%: Made in Peru, Millonario is made from molasses.   Of Scottish origin, old stills bring a special touch, as do the volcanic lands on which the sugar cane grows, those of L'Hacienda Agrícola de Chiclayo, a plantation created in 1904.    Aging according to the Solera method: The solera method allows a harmonious mixing of liquids.   This Spanish process stacks barrels on several lines.   In a long process, we compensate for the loss due to natural evaporation (the angels' share) by top-down filling (filling), with the youngest liquids always on top.   Only the barrels on the ground (the oldest) will be bottled.   This aging and blending method ensures a consistent aromatic profile, refines the alcohol and rounds out the body.    Served neat or in cocktails.
