"Coffey Still (Diamond) Wooden Column Alembic: SV Traditional double wooden still from Port Mourant: PM Cask gross: 49.1% In 2010, Demerara Distillers selected the recipes for column stills in Coffey Still (Diamond) wood and with a double column in Port Mourant wood. The SV and PM recipes were mixed in the barrel just after distillation. This unique blend is 100% tropical aged for 9 years in Guyana in old bourbon casks and not chill-filtered, to preserve the flavors authentic. Bottled in Guyana in 2019 as a limited edition.
