El Dorado Single Still Port Mourant rum is produced from the Double Pot Wooden still, the only one of this type still in use today. Built in 1732 on the estate of Port Mourant, this still was then moved to the estate of Uitvlugt, then on the Diamond estate in 2000. Since then, the double wooden still has been producing small batches of this El rum Dorado Heritage. This rum has been stored in oak barrels for 12 years.
