Isle of Jura The Lock Scotch Whiskey: Jura The Loch is part of a special series of five whiskies. This whiskey is first aged in American oak barrels after which it is transferred to Pedro Ximénez barrels. The sherry casks used contained 30-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry. Nose: full, oak, coffee and raisins. Taste: caramel, molasses, citrus and a little peat to balance. Finish: medium and spicy.
