JERA Project, in partnership with Pascal Leonetti, Best Sommelier of France 2006, presents this 8 Year Old Whisky, a clever blend of a Grand Cru Grain & Malt composed of 85% grain and 15% malt, a refined whisky aged in Saint-Émilion wine barrels for a minimum period of 4-5 months. Unchill-filtered and natural in colour, each numbered bottle guarantees an authentic and extremely fine product. Nose: Smells of precious wood and spices, with nutmeg and cereals. Aeration reveals citrus, clementine and orange blossom. Palate: A dense attack, with aromas of citrus fruits, orange blossom, clementine, cereals, spices, nutmeg and precious wood. Finish: Persistent, with tones of cereals, precious wood and nutmeg.
