Vermouth Del Professore Rosso - 18%: Aromas of mint, absinthe, rhubarb and gentian.   To be enjoyed as an aperitif, served chilled or on ice with a zest of citrus fruits.    Try your hand at mixology with the Americano Cocktail: in a tumbler glass, mix 3 cl of Campari, 3 cl of red vermouth, the juice of a lemon and an orange, top with sparkling water and serve chilled .    An artisanal Rosso di Torino vermouth, made according to a traditional recipe rich in spices.   Aging for several months in oak barrels.
