Ambassador - Traditional Aperitif

Ambassador - Traditional Aperitif: A blend of natural sweet wines and aromatic plants, this aperitif contains cocoa bean, gentian flowers, bitter orange and sweet orange peel, vanilla and quinine. After maceration of these various ingredients in alcohol, the concentrate obtained is mixed with red or white wines and mistelles (fresh grape must, rich in sugar, whose fermentation has been stopped by the addition of alcohol ). It is then kept for at least two years in oak barrels."
