Galiò white wine from black Gaglioppo grapes

Galiò is a white wine with a deep straw yellow colour, it is obtained exclusively from black "Gaglioppo" grapes from a single vineyard planted with saplings or low espaliers. Created for the first time in 1992 by the oenologist Roberto Linardi, Galiò is the result of a particular white vinification of Gaglioppo black grapes, the first and only vinification of this type carried out in Calabria. Since then, 3300 bottles of this exceptional product have been produced only in the ideal years that lend themselves to this type of winemaking. With an alcohol content that can vary from 12.5% to 13.5% Vol, it is a wine that is left to rest for at least 12-24 months after the harvest and can maintain its characteristics even after several years. Gastronomic suggestions Thanks to its wonderful fluidity and its full and round body, it goes very well with white meats, even well seasoned ones, appetizers, fatty fish, fresh and medium-aged cheeses and cured meats. It is advisable to uncork the bottle just before pouring. Alcohol content: 13% Vol Grapes: 100% black berried Gaglioppo Service temperature: from 12° to 16°C Box of 6 bottles of 750 ml
