After a long wintering period the bees have the opportunity to go to different flowers allowing them to collect nectar and pollen. Our region offers many flowers prized by bees. You will find in the spring honey a mixture of flowers according to the different apiaries: apple trees in bloom, cherry trees, blackcurrants, clovers, dandelions and rapeseed.
