
Selected Cantabrian anchovy fillets, preserved in 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, Silver Series β0β quality. Each 50g pack contains thin, delicate fillets with an intense, refined flavour, ideal for aperitifs, starters, salads and gourmet dishes. Perfect for restaurants, delicatessens and gourmet shops. β The anchovies are stored in the refrigerator to ensure a lower level of salinity than standard products. They must be kept at a temperature between 5Β°C and 12Β°C and consumed within 3 days of opening.
