Dried mirabelles, gently sweet and tangy, give this nougat a unique personality. A creation by Maison Jonquier, an artisan nougat maker located in Ollioules in the Var, where the pleasure of fruit is combined with Provençal sweetness. HAS When tasting, the mirabelle plum nougat melts gently, revealing the juicy shards of mirabelle plum and the subtle crunch of almonds.
