Shortbread pesto

The pesto shortbread will become a must for your next aperitifs or aperitif-dinner. To add Provençal flavors to this shortbread, we sprinkle it with basil. Pesto shortbread is eaten as an aperitif. They also go very well with salads. Our shortbread cookies are handcrafted in our production workshop in Provence, in the Var.
