Sonaris (called Cenovis in Switzerland) is a 100% plant-based, 100% natural and 100% healthy product. It was created in 1931 by a Swiss brewer and Dr. Albert Wander, the creator of the famous ovomaltine. The beer yeast used in its manufacture comes from France or Germany then the final product is packaged in Switzerland. It is very rich in vitamin B1 thanks in particular to the brewer's yeast and the vegetable extracts used.In 2019, this condiment crossed the border and had to change its name. In France it is called Sonaris but is indeed made in Switzerland by the same house according to the recipe that made it successful.Dense in consistency and brown in color, it is easy to spread and has a slight spicy taste which gives it all its originality. Young and old alike love it, on morning toast or as a snack, but also in a sauce or on a salad. The uses are multiple and the taste is always so particular, atypical and tasty. In Switzerland, it is customary to spread it on a slice of butter or margarine.Sonaris does not need to be kept refrigerated, even after opening. It will be even easier to spread if you leave it at room temperature.Find the Sonaris (Cenovis Switzerland) in video:
