Organic old-fashioned mustard, stone-ground - 2 kg jar

Traditional and authentic old-fashioned mustard, ground with a stone mill. It is composed of a clever mix of organic brown mustard seeds grown by our partners in the departments of Ariège and Aude, organic artisanal cider vinegar refined by us, Ariège mountain water and Gruissan salt. No artificial flavors or preservatives. The masterful combination of these excellent quality ingredients gives it incredibly fruity notes and gives it this very particular character that is recognizable among all others. We use a very slow traditional grinding technique which allows our mustard to retain all its aromas to better release them on the palate. Average nutritional values per 100 gr.
