McHenry - Federation Gin

Botanical Gin born from the request of the Australian Parliament made to the McHenry Distillery. Master Distiller William McHenry then searched for native southern botanicals that could best represent the 7 federal states of Australia. After careful tests and studies, William found the recipe to create this magic of harmony between the various botanicals. Federation Gin is born. To date, the Official GIN of the Australian Parliament to represent southern flavors in the world.    The collection of botanicals is mostly entrusted to Aboriginal populations who preserve the integrity and growth of the botanicals necessary for Federation GIN.
