AOC BORDEAUX SUPERIOR - 2016 - 13% The 8th Generation is a new vintage from atypical grape varieties and blends that will allow you to discover the best expression of our know-how. The selection takes place at the base of the vineyard by identifying the best plots of our terroirs as well as the most suitable grape varieties. Then, the different choices of harvest, vinification and aging were in close collaboration with Jacques, Jean and Marc Medeville and our consultant oenologists. Grape varieties 80% Cabernet Franc 20% Merlot This wine comes from a plot selection and a perfect blend. It is vinified and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
