
Bioleificio San Francesco® biodynamic extra virgin olive oil was born from the dream of producing a sublime extra virgin olive oil in an enchanting place. Here is the realization of the first biodynamic olive growing pilot project in Calabria. The native cultivar olives produced on the biodynamic farm, located between the hill and the sea and pampered in the Serre national park, are harvested when they have just begun to ripen and are pressed a few steps from the trees, at our Bioleificio San Francesco oil mill, cuddled in the arms of the WWF oasis, as if he were an integral part of nature itself. We thus obtain an excellent extra virgin olive oil with a refined and at the same time delicate taste, rich in biodynamic energy and the Southern sun dedicated to those who believe in the ancestral poetry of the biodynamic method.
