Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2023, CASCINA MARIA, sparkling sweet white wine

This sparkling sweet white wine, produced by the Cascina Maria family estate, impresses with its subtlety and balance. 
The DEMARIE family runs its 30 Ha estate with expertise and passion.
 Vinification and aging: The grapes are gently pressed, in order to preserve all their flavors. 
This is followed by partial fermentation at a controlled temperature, in order to keep the sugar level high, and a second fermentation in an autoclave, which gives rise to a wine with extraordinary olfactory notes, with just the right amount of acidity, freshness, arousing the desire for another sip.
 Tasting notes: - Appearance: Golden yellow color with straw reflections. -Nose: Aromas of white flowers, peach, melon and a hint of honey, sage and musk. -Palate: Beautiful sweetness, delicate, fresh and slightly sparkling.
