Monolith, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Riserva 2019, PIANDIMARE, delicious and full-bodied red wine

Coming from the Abruzzo region, this delicious and full-bodied red wine is produced by Cantina Piandimare, whose vineyards are perched on the slopes of the Val di Foro, between the Majella mountain and the Mediterranean Sea.
 Vinification and aging: A long fermentation in contact with the skins, at high temperature to perfect the extraction, a successive aging of 12 months in stainless steel vats, 12 months in oak barrels, and 6 months in bottle, give this wine the structure, and silky tannins.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright, deep ruby ​​red color. –Nose: Intense aromas of cherry with tertiary notes such as vanilla, cocoa bean, tobacco and licorice. –Palate: Gourmet, robust and complex, it offers a silky texture. 
The acidity pushes the fruit juicy on the palate, resulting in a lingering, rich and elegant finish.
 Aging potential: > 8 years Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C Recommended consumption: Open and air at least 1 hour before tasting.
