Stella Red 2020, BEAU CONSTANTIA, floral and spicy red wine

This complex and elegant red wine is made with the absolute intention of preserving the characteristics of the Beau Constantia terroir, composed of sloping vineyards, tempered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian Ocean. 
This terroir is located in the Constantia Valley, the oldest wine-producing region in the southern hemisphere (1685).
 Vinification and aging: Maceration in contact with the skins for 5 days, natural fermentation in 225 L French oak barrels, and aging on lees for 18 months, gives this wine complexity and elegance.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Ruby color. –Nose: Characteristic aromas of Syrah: red and black fruits, green pepper, with vegetal notes reminiscent of Fynbos, characteristic vegetation of southern South Africa. –Palate: Complex and elegant, with structured tannins, this wine is both round and lively with a touch of minerality.
