Whole Cumin

Whole Cumin, Sri Lanka, organic. Cumin from the forest garden harvest in Sri Lanka. Cumin is an indispensable ingredient in all curry mixes; it is hard to miss the intense, hot taste and light bitterness of this popular spice. Cumin is used in a multitude of Asian, Mexican and Middle Eastern dishes, but has been used in European cuisines since the Middle Ages. The small grains can easily be used whole or crushed in a mortar/ coffee grinder before use.
