Cake blogger and cake book author Ditte Julie from Den Bagedyst [Copenhagen] has collaborated with Mill & Mortar to develop an organic spice blend for cakes and desserts with fruit and berries. Ditte Julie approached us with the idea of developing a spice mix that could be used in desserts.
