Organic turmeric

Turmeric, slightly spicy and bitter, is used in various blends of spices and is renowned for its coloring properties. From the same family of ginger, after being harvested, it is rinsed and boiled to stop its ripening, it is then dried until it hardens completely. Once the drying is complete, the peel is removed and ground, obtaining the iconic yellow-orange powder.
