Organic cumin

Cumin is an indispensable ingredient in all curry blends, and once you are impressed by its powerful, warm taste and delicate bitterness, it's hard to do without it. Cumin is used in a myriad of Asian, Mexican and Middle Eastern dishes, but has been used in European cuisine since the Middle Ages. Small kernels can be lightly toasted in a pan and pounded in a mortar before use.
