Organic Carrot Cake, 30ml jar

The Carrot Cake is our house mix for fall, winter, Christmas. It is similar to the so-called "Pumpkin Spice" mix very popular in the United States, a spice mix similar to our gingerbread mixes, used for the famous Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving dinner, or to make delicious carrot cake. With a dominant of Cinnamon, we also find in our mixture ginger, Jamaican "pepper" better known as "four spices", tonka bean, green anise and a hint of cloves. It is suitable for all seasonal desserts and pastries, also flavors a café latte or a chai tea, but is also wonderful for seasoning homemade foie gras, or simply sprinkling it on top when serving!
