Quetsche fruity minute

We couldn't miss the opportunity to create an authentic fruit puree, with two varieties of local fruit. Creating this semi-cooked recipe only based on plums was no small feat since it has a strong character. Thus, we added the apples to sublimate the flavor of the purple plum, soften and give a more appreciable texture to the whole.
