FLOUR 00 SHORTCRUST 750G

Type 00 soft wheat flour, ideal for shortcrust pastry and direct dough. Also used for breadsticks, crackers, fresh pasta, quick bread rolls, short-mature pan pizza. Also suitable for sponge cake, biscuit dough, shortcrust pastry. Ingredients: - 110g flour 00 Shortbread - 70g raw cane sugar - 55g of soft butter - 125g of chocolate or chocolate chips - 5g of baking powder - 1 pinch of salt - 1 whole egg Method: Remove the butter from the fridge and bring it to room temperature, in the meantime place the coarsely chopped chocolate in the freezer. This will allow the chocolate not to melt inside your dough. Work the soft butter together with the raw cane sugar, until the two ingredients are well blended. Then add the egg. To the mixture obtained, incorporate the flour and baking powder previously sieved and mixed together. Lastly insert the chocolate chips or pieces into the dough. In a pan covered with parchment paper, arrange the cookies forming small balls and flattening them slightly in the center. Bake the cookies at 180° for about 12 minutes. Once cooked, allow the biscuits to cool before serving.
