As time passes, the wine oxygenates, giving delicate tertiary aromas, or aging, with slight vanilla and spicy tones such as black pepper. 3. Gustatory phase: Powerful entry. It is a wine with a lot of structure. The acidity is balanced and the alcohol is well integrated. It confirms the olfactory phase since we once again find a flavor with a lot of fruit characteristic of the Tempranillo variety.
