OUR PROJECT: Manilva is a coastal municipality of Malaga, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, which has traditionally lived from the vineyard, specifically, from the Moscatel de Alejandría grape. As a consequence of the urban bubbles that this region has suffered, 70% of the vineyards have disappeared in the last 25 years. And those that still survive are still in serious danger of disappearing.
Our project aims to recover and save the old Moscatel vineyards, producing top quality wines and showing the natural heritage through wine tourism. Our project ""SAVE THE VIÑAS DE MANILVA"" has been recognized with the SKAL International Prize for Sustainable Tourism.

OUR WINES: We make our NILVA wines with the Moscatel de Alejandría grape. This grape acquires special characteristics in Manilva due to its albariza soils, the confluence of two large masses of water (Mediterranean and Atlantic), two continents (Europe and Africa) or the fight of winds (humid Levant versus dry Poniente) . It is a clear example of what is known as terroir or terroir.
The Moscatel de Alejandría grape has been the basis for the production of the renowned sweet wines of Malaga. The production of dry wines opens a new horizon for the Moscatel de Alejandría grape.
Our NILVA 2020 wine has been recognized as the best White Wine of the Designation of Origin Sierras de Málaga. This wine, with a modern concept and a lot of uniqueness, is fruity, aromatic and fresh, with a salty touch that comes from its proximity to the sea and that makes it surprising and especially suitable to accompany gastronomy based on fish, shellfish and molluscs, as well as rice dishes. , pasta, pâtés, foie gras, salads, oriental cuisine, steak tartare or carpaccio.
