Near the beautiful West Lake in Hangzhou, the water is of excellent quality and the geographical location perfect to control the flow of hot air, thanks to the surrounding mountains. Handmade with hot woks to roll the leaves, this tea is harvested on the first day of spring, when the young leaves are the richest in aromatics and minerals. This makes it a complex and intense tea. Its vegetal notes of cooked vegetables, sweet chestnuts, pecans and hazelnuts are associated with nuances of white chocolate and butter, as well as pyrogenic toasted nuances.
