103 - Sencha Lemon

This tea is inspired by a famous painting by Claude Monet: Citronniers à Bordighera. Much like in this painting, the sweet notes of lemon and the scent of fresh grass accompany the explosive flavor of citrus in a light and fresh tea. To finish off as a surprise, a zest of lemon refreshes the palate, like a tall glass of lemonade or an improvised water jet battle in summer, in a tea as fresh and inspiring as Monet's painting.
