Pear brandy Williams Selection - 43° - 70 cl

Pear brandy is one of the most popular, thanks to its fragrant and mellow bouquet. 

She talentedly expresses the richness of the French terroir and the nuanced flavors of the fruit. 

This variety of pear offers very juicy and fragrant white flesh.   The Williams Sélection Pear differs from its classic version by the roundness in the mouth and the choice of the blend made: different heating cores from the most aromatic in our vat room.

 This Poire Williams Sélection brandy is made from yellow and red Williams pears, fermented for 4 weeks. 

After fermentation, a rest period of 6 weeks is given in order to further develop the aromas of the fruit. 

After distillation, the heating core is assembled with an old distillate in stainless steel vats, then reduced to the degree using Steige spring water; of great purity because it is naturally filtered by the Vosges schist; with cold filtration to perfect the manufacturing.
