Raspberry Liqueur - 25° - 70 cl

Raspberry liqueur is a classic from the Nusbaumer range. 

This fragrant fruit is enhanced in its sweet version. It’s a liqueur that every spirits lover should have in their cellar!   This liqueur is made by blending raspberry concentrate and our classic Raspberry eau-de-vie at a high degree. 

It is then reduced to the degree using Steige spring water, then adjusted with a sugar syrup before filtration at cold. Tasting notes: • Nose: characteristic aromas of fruit, very aromatic • Mouth: very fine, you easily bite into the fruit, with a slight tangy taste • Finish: soft and round, not very sweet Usage tips : - Pure as a digestive - As a cocktail (with a tonic or sparkling water) - In pastries to enhance the flavor of raspberries (tiramisu for example) - Topping of vanilla or strawberry ice cream balls
