Vine Peach Cream - 18° - 70 cl

Vine peach cream is the summer reference in the “Creams” range! 

This small purplish peach with white flesh was once cultivated in the vineyards and allowed the harvesters to quench their thirst, since its maturity reached maturity at the same time as the grapes. 

Very gentle, this cream will delight kir lovers.

 This cream is made from a blend of maceration of peaches in neutral alcohol and concentrated lemon juice for the tangy touch. 

It is then adjusted with a sugar syrup and reduced to 18% alcohol using Steige spring water. 

Cold filtration completes the manufacturing process. Tasting notes: • Nose: the peach aromas are intense • Mouth: very round, the impression of biting into a ripe peach • Finish: soft and long, the peach aromas embrace the taste buds Usage tips : - Pure as an aperitif, chilled or served with an ice cube - In kir with a white and/or sparkling wine - With a white beer - In cocktails - In pastries (madeleines, tarts or cakes)
