Distilled Gin – France – 70 cl bottle – 44% This is the first recipe developed by Stéphane, with a very clear objective: Iodine, Freshness, Minerality. Its base is a superfine wheat alcohol and 12 organic botanicals. Among these ingredients, we find salicornia and a subtle maceration of oyster shells. Juniper, pink berries, vegetable oyster and Timut pepper (among others…) complete this clever blend. The result, perfectly balanced, is astonishing, unique and above all very pleasant! A fresh and slightly iodized nose, highlighted by some citrus notes which give way to the exuberance of juniper. On the palate, lots of roundness, light spray, a minty vegetal touch and a hint of grapefruit. A long and complex finish, where juniper harmonizes with lemon and pepper aromas.
