Distilled Gin – France – 70 cl bottle – 42% According to its creator, #2 “is the result of multiple experiments and happy combinations. » It is flowery and slightly resinous. 10 organic botanicals make it up, including maritime pine buds and chamomile. We also find juniper, pink berries and Timut pepper from its elder. Very delicious, it offers a complex and subtle nose of orange sorbet, resin and chamomile, discreetly highlighted with juniper. On the palate the attack is frank with citrus fruits, pine and a scent of liquorice. The finish is long and vegetal.
