Guignolet is our grandmothers’ flagship aperitif! 

An aperitif cream made from guignes, a variety of small black cherries, we make this Alsatian-style guignolet with kirsch.

 Guignolet is made by macerating cherries in a neutral alcohol to which we add our classic kirsch. 

It is then adjusted to sugar syrup and reduced to degree with high purity Steige spring water, before cold filtration. Tasting notes: • Nose: the cherry is present with finesse, as well as the stone which is more pronounced • Mouth: the sensation of ripe fruit with intense notes of kirsch making the mouth almondy from the core • Finish: sweet and fragrant Usage tips : - Pure as an aperitif at room temperature or with an ice cube - In a cocktail (gin or vodka) - Pastry shop
