Super Seed Mix

This super seed mix contains sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and flax seeds - providing a whole range of nutritional benefits. You will find large amounts of essential minerals and especially mono and polyunsaturated fats. Omega 3 and 6 are usually found in fish and especially in salmon, but for those of you who don’t eat fish nor meat, this seed mix can be your source of those fatty acids. Our bodies cannot naturally produce them, so we need to supply ourselves with them somehow. Seeds are healthy, environmentally-friendly and not to mention delicious.
